About Premier Carpet Cleaning — Killeen's Trusted Carpet Care Specialists

Our Story

Premier Carpet Cleaning was founded with a simple premise: that people in Killeen and Central Texas deserved a carpet cleaning service they could actually count on — one that showed up on time, communicated clearly, and delivered results that held up after the technician left. The local market had no shortage of options, but consistency was harder to find than it should have been.

Starting with residential carpet cleaning and growing into a full-service operation, Premier Carpet Cleaning expanded its capabilities in direct response to what customers were asking for. Pet owners needed reliable odor removal that didn't just mask the problem. Businesses needed maintenance programs that worked around their schedules. Military families at Fort Hood needed move-out cleaning that could pass a thorough inspection. Each service added to our menu came from a real need in the community we were already serving.

Today, we handle everything from everyday residential deep cleaning to specialized work like leather furniture conditioning, antique furniture restoration cleaning, mattress sanitization, and commercial carpet maintenance programs for offices and restaurants. The business has grown, but the standard hasn't shifted — every job gets the same level of attention, whether it's a single room or an entire commercial facility.

What We Believe

We believe that clean carpets and well-maintained upholstery aren't just about appearances — they affect the air quality, comfort, and feel of the spaces where people live and work. Our job is to make those spaces genuinely cleaner, not just visually presentable, which is why we invest in the right equipment and techniques for each material and situation rather than applying a single method to every job.

We also believe in straight talk. That means honest assessments of what can and can't be restored, transparent pricing before work begins, and no pressure to add services that aren't necessary. The communities we work in — Killeen, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, and the rest of Central Texas — deserve that kind of straightforward relationship with a local business.
